直肠癌根治术建立J型贮袋对患者排便功能的影响

摘　　要：为评价结肠J型贮袋在直肠癌术后对排便功能的影响，对60例直肠癌根治术患者30例建立结肠J型贮袋,行贮袋直肠吻合，30例行结肠与直肠直接吻合。术后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、1．5年对患者排便功能进行随访观察。结果显示，术后2周后两组患者的大便次数、排便自控能力、辨别大便性质能力、大便性状、里急后重感、是否使用止泻药物等观察指标部分存在统计学差异。结果表明，结肠J型贮袋可以明显改善直肠癌患者术后排便功能。The effect of colic J-pouch after radical operation of rectal carcinoma on the function of defecation was evaluated in the study. Of the 60 cases who had underwent radical operations of rectal carcinoma, colic J-pouch and J-pouch-rectum anastomosis were done in 30 cases,and colon-rectum anastomosis was done in another 30 cases. Defecation function was observed at the second week, 1st month,3rd month,6th month, 12th month and the 18th month postoperatively in follow up. Results showed that there were some： what statistical differences in such indexes as defecation frequencies,defecation continence,stool property, tenesmus,status of antidiarrheal application between the two groups after 2 weeks of operations. It is suggested that colic J-pouch is of notable effect on the postoperative defecation function improvement in rectal cancer patients.
