摘  要:利用脂肪酶结合表面活性剂对树脂模拟物进行处理,选出合适的表面活性剂并确定其用量,进而对马尾松TMP浆进行处理,紫外分光光度法测定其甘油三酸酯含量变化,结果表明,经过进一步表面活性剂处理后,甘油三酸酯的降解率由脂肪酶处理后的8%提高到26%。The simulated model compounds of pitch were treated with the combination of lipase and surfactant, suitable surfactant and its dosage were determined then used for the treatment of Mason pine TMP. The change of tiglyceride content was measured with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The results indicated that the degradation rate of triglyceride treated with the lipase is 8%, the degradation rate becomes 26% when it is further treated with the surfactant.
