摘　　要：目的:研究刺玫果鞣质的预防肿瘤作用。方法:利用巴豆油致小鼠耳部急性肿胀实验,考察不同萃取层对肿胀度、肿胀抑制率的影响。结果:乙酸乙酯层与正丁醇层均有抑制肿胀作用;鞣质含量相同时,抑制肿胀程度强弱分别为乙酸乙酯层>茶多酚>正丁醇层;乙酸乙酯层最大抑制率为22.39%。结论:刺玫果鞣质可明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀,可能有预防肿瘤作用。Objective ： The cancer prevention activity of tannins in Rosa davurica Pall. was studied. Methods ： Croton - oil inducing ear edema model was used to investigate if different extractions have different effect on the degree and the inhibition on tumefaetion. Results ： Both EtOAe and n - BuOH extraction on tumefaetion; when there is equal quantity of tannins, the inhibition degree is EtOAe 〉 n - BuOH 〉 Tea Polyphenols; the best inhibition on tumefaetion of EtOAe is 22. 39%. Conclusion ： Tannins in Rosa davuriea Pall. could inhibited eroton-oilindueed tumefaetion on mice, it was possible for these tarmins to prevent the tumor.
