气机理论在中医临床的应用

摘　　要：气是构成人体、并维持生命活动的基本物质;升降出入是气运动的基本形式。全身脏腑、经络、四肢百骸,无处不有,时刻推动、激发着人体的各种生理活动。升降出入失去协调平衡,就会出现各种病理变化。因此,治则、遣药组方亦应遵循升降沉浮之理。药味的辛甘酸苦咸及寒热温凉,决定着其功用的升降沉浮;其脏腑归经则决定该药侧重于调节某一脏腑的气机运动。Qi is the fundamental substances constituting the human body and maintaining its life activities. The ascending,descending,exiting and entering are basic forms of qi movements. Qi in the human body is travels throughout the body and reach all the zang-fu organs and meridians to promote and activiate the physiological activities of the human body. The imbalance of ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi will induce all kinds of pathologic changes. So the principle of the treatment and slecting drugs should follow the rule of the ascending, descending,floating and sinking. Herbs nature includes cold, hot, warm and cool ; herbs flavor includes pungent, sweet, sour, bitter and slaty. Herbs nature and flavor dicides the function of herbs ascending,descending,floating and sinking. The meridian tropism dicides which zang-fu organs＇qi activity it regulates.
