摘 要:目的:观察中药“益气解毒”法对力竭性游泳所致气虚体质状态小鼠运动能力及免疫功能的影响。方法:实验动物随机分为4组,正常对照组常规饲养,其余3组动物采用控制进食量,150g/(kg.d)加力竭游泳造成气虚体质状态,并分别灌服生理盐水、“益气解毒”颗粒或贞芪颗粒,连续16天。在实验开始后第4、8、12、15天记录力竭游泳时间,实验第16天处死动物,观察免疫机能指标的变化。结果:与模型组动物相比较,“益气解毒”法能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.01);激活网状内皮系统的吞噬功能(P<0.01),提高外周血中T淋巴细胞比率(P<0.01)。结论:“益气解毒”法有增强气虚体质状态小鼠机体免疫功能和抗疲劳作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Qi-Boosting Toxin-Resolving Granule (QBTRG) on swimming ability and immune function among the mice with a status of Qi deficiency induced by exhaustive swimming exercising. Methods: Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into 4- groups, i.e. treating group (TG), positive controlling group ( PCG), modeling group (MG) and healthy controlling group ( HCG), with 12 animals in each group. The mice in TG, PCG and HCG were all given a controlled amount of food intake at 150g/( kg · d) plus exhaustive swimming exercising to make their them in a status of Qi deficiency, and those in HCG were kept in a normal feeding situation. Meanwhile, the animals in the former groups were given QBTRG, Zhenqi Right-Supporting Granule (ZQRSG) and normal saline respectively, in a concecutive way lasted for 16 days. Then,the animals in all the four groups were measured the exhaustive swimming time to evaluate their exercising ability at the 4^th , 8^th, 12^th and 15^th day from the beginning of experiment respectively and all the mice were killed at the 16^th day to collect blood samples for immune function determinatiouamong them. Results: The exhaustive swimming time in TG was significantly prolonged than those in MG ( P 〈0.01 ) , with obviously improved values of phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system ( P 〈 0.01 ) and rate of T-lymphocyt ( P 〈 0.01 ) in the mice of TG. Conclusion: QBTRG holds the effects on the animals with a constitutional status of Qi deficiency to improve their immune function and to make the fatigue mice in a excitating status.
