中药治疗胃癌癌前病变的相关药理作用机理

摘　　要：中药通过增强胃黏膜屏障、调节胃肠运动、阻止胆汁反流、抗幽门螺旋杆菌感染、调节免疫功能、调节细胞周期调控因子的表达、抑制胃癌癌前病变组织细胞过度增殖、阻断胃癌前期病变进一步向胃癌转化、上调相关抑癌基因的表达、下调相关癌基因的表达、降低ICAM-1蛋白表达等多种作用机制,能够显著改善胃癌癌前病变患者的症状,逆转其病理改变。积极治疗胃癌癌前病变,阻断其向胃癌发展,对于降低胃癌发病率具有重要的意义。Through promoting the defensive factor of gastric mueosa barrier, regulating gastrointestinal motility, preventing bile regurgitation, anti - Helcobacter pyloti（HP） therapy, regulating immune function, reversing the over - proliferation of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer（PLGC） , regulating the expression of cell cycle regulator, preventing the development of PLGC, increasing the expressions of tumor st, ppressor genes, decreasing the expressions of related oncogenes and ICAM - 1 protein, traditional Chinese medicine can significantly relieve the symptoms oi PLGC patients, reverse the pathologic changes of PLGC. In order to decrease the incidence of gastric carcinoma, it is very important to improve the treatment of PLGC and prevent the development of PLGC.
