摘 要:目的:鼠掌老鹳草作为老鹳草药材来源之一,资源丰富,分布较广,目前使用的也较多。本实验测定东北地区采集的鼠掌老鹳草中没食子酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:通过含量测定可见辽宁省采集的鼠掌老鹳草中没食子酸的含量最高。没食子酸在0.078~1.56μg范围内线性良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.234%,RSD=2.81%(n=5)。结论:建立了稳定可靠的没食子酸含量测定方法,该方法可用于鼠掌老鹳草的质量控制。Objective: Geranium sibiricum as one of the sources of Herba Geranii are used widely, And it distributes extensively and resourcefully. The experiment determined the gallic acid content of Geranium sibirictum which were collected in three provinces in northeast. Methods: Adopt HPLC method. Results: It can be seen that the Geranium sibiricum which were collected in Liaoning province had the maximum gallic acid content, The linearity of gallic acid is well from 0. 078μg to 1. 56μg, r = 0. 9998, and the average recovery rate is 100. 234%, RSD = 2. 81% ( u = 5 ). Conclusion: The measuring method is reliable and stable. The method can be used in quality control of Geranium sibiricum.
