摘 要:为了研究硫肥和氮肥配合施用对弱筋小麦产量和淀粉品质性状的影响,在大田条件下,设置了不同肥与硫氮肥配合施用处理,研究其对弱筋小麦品种豫麦50产量和淀粉品质性状的影响。结果表明,硫肥和氮肥对小麦产量有正效应,施硫显著提高了小麦成穗数,施氮显著提高了穗粒数和小穗结实率;施硫提高了直链淀粉含量,极显著提高了淀粉直/支比,氮肥对淀粉品质的效应与硫肥相反;硫肥、氮肥及其互作对淀粉品质性状的平均贡献率分别为12.72%、51.31%、35.98%,硫、氮配施对淀粉品质仍有正效应。处理组合中,在施氮量240 kg/ha条件下,施硫量为100 kg/ha处理的产量最高,施硫量为20 kg/ha处理的直链淀粉含量最低,施硫量为60 kg/ha处理的淀粉直/支比最低,分别为8 378.96 kg/ha、11.71%和0.2059。表明达到最高产量和最佳淀粉品质的硫氮配施量并不完全一致。The effects of sulphur and nitrogen combined application on the yield and starch quality traits of soft-gluten winter wheat cultivar Yumai 50 with were investigated. The results showed that sulphur and nitrogen application had positive effects on yield, sulphur application could significantly improve spike numbers, and nitrogen application could significantly improve kernel per ear and fertile spikelet rate. Sulphur application increased the ratio of amylase content, and very significantly increased amylose/amylopectin, but the effect of nitrogen application was opposite to sulphur application. the average contribution rate of sulphur, nitrogen and their interaction to starch quality traits were 12.72%,51.31% and 35.98%, respectively, so sulphur and nitrogen combined application has positive effect on starch quality. Among treatments, N240S100 has the highest yield, N240S20 and N240S60 had the lowest amylase content and ratio of amylase / amylopectin, respectively. It indicated that there were difference for yield and starch quality at the rate of S and N combined application.
