摘  要:研究了罗汉果多糖提取技术及单糖组成。采用水提醇沉法提取罗汉果多糖,通过石油醚脱脂、80%乙醇脱小分子糖,Sevag法去除游离蛋白,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果表明,罗汉果多糖浸提工艺的最佳条件是浸提温度80°C,料液比1∶30,浸提时间4 h,浸提2次。硅胶薄层层析分析表明,罗汉果多糖由D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖、D-木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、L-鼠李糖和葡萄糖醛酸组成。The extraction technology of soluble polysaccharides from Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey and its constituents analysis were studied. Polysaccharides of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey was extracted with hot water and precipitated by alcohol,in which the fat ,simple saccharides and protein were removed with petroleum ether,80℃ alcohol and the Sevag method,respectively. The optimum condition of extracting polysaccharides from Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey was the ration of l(Siraitia grosvenorii) : 30 (distilledwater),80 ℃ for two times and for 4 h once time. The polysaccharides were made of D-glucose ,D-galactose ,D-xylose ,L-arabinose ,L-rhamnose and glucuronic acid.
