摘  要:分析了在热载荷作用下双金属复合钢管结合强度的变化,研究了经历温度循环后内外层管之间出现松脱的可能性。研究表明,当复合管处于热加载状态时,复合管存在着极限工作温度;经过极限温度循环后,残余接触压力将减小,且极限温度越高,残余接触压力值越小;通过实验得到了验证。The change of residual contact pressure of bimetal composite pipe under the action of heat load in this article, the possibility of separation between two metal layers in temperature cycle was researched; It has been shown that under heat loading condition, it has a limit working temperature. The residue contact pressure will be decreased after temperature cycle, the higher the working temperature, the lower the residue contact pressure, which has been proved by experiment.
