摘  要:介绍了板料成形数值模拟中材料模型的研究进展。将材料模型的理论研究分为屈服准则、强化模型、流动法则、加卸载历史4个方面,并进行简要综述;对材料在循环加载条件下应力应变曲线的实验获取方法进行了探讨,重点介绍了板料压缩、三点弯曲实验确定材料反向加载应力应变曲线的原理和方法;对当前屈服准则、强化模型的研究热点和发展方向进行了分析。The present investigation on the material constitutive model for numerical simulation in sheet metal forming process is reviewed. Researches of the constitutive model on yield criterion, hardening model, flow rule and loading/unloading history are briefly discussed. The experiments of obtaining stress strain curves in cyclic loading condition are investigated, and the measurements of the stress strain curves in reverse loading by using sheet metal compression test and three-point bending test are clarified. The current focuses and the development trends of yield criterion and hardening model are described as well as in this paper.
