摘　　要：目的探讨ProPex根管测量仪测量牙齿根管长度准确性的临床应用价值。方法选择160例190颗需做根管治疗的患牙共370个根管,用ProPex根管测量仪测量根管长度,按测量长度预备根管,然后插入牙胶尖试尖摄X线牙片,测量牙胶尖试尖距根尖的距离,验证其准确性。结果ProPex根管测量仪测量准确率为93.0%。结论ProPex根管测量仪是一种安全、可靠、准确率较高的新型根管长度测量仪。Objective To investigate the accuracy of Propex Apical Locator in teeth root canal working length measurement. Methods To choose 370 root canals needing root canal therapy in 160 patients （ 190 teeth ）, to measure the root canal length by Propex Apical Locator and to calculate the actual length by X - ray. Result The precise rate of Propex Apical Locator was 93.0%.Conclusion Propex Apical Locator was a new type of root canal length meter with high accurate rate, and it was safe and reliable,
