摘　　要：成材率的高低直接影响着企业的生产成本。文章针对包钢高线的成材率状况,探讨了影响成材率的因素,采取相应的措施,着重解决加热区、轧制区、电气自动控制等方面在生产中遇到的实际问题,从而达到提高成材率的目的。通过技术攻关,成材率显著提高,企业获得了可观的经济效益。The finished product ratio influences the cost directly. According to the production state of the high speed wire of Baotou Steel Corp., the paper explores and analyses the influence factors of the finished product ratio and puts forward measures to improve it. It lays stress on resolving some problems in the heating urea, rolling area and automatic control system. After the techni- cal research,the finished product ratio is improved and the economic benefits of factory increase greatly.
