摘  要:特征定位主要应用于医疗器械的制造及检测等领域。为了提高定位精度,针对不同的特征应采用不同的定位方法。采用基于矩的方法和曲线插值法在理论及实验上均达到了亚像素精度级,获得了不同算法对特征定位影响。实验结果展示了上述方法的不同效果,并得出在圆心定位与半径测量方面不同方法的精度情况。结论为:曲线插值方法宜用于圆心定位,矩方法宜用于半径测量。High precision feature location is mainly used in manufacture and testing of medical equipment etc, while different accuracy is response to corresponding methods in image registration. This paper presents a contrast between moment-based method and curve interpolation in image registration with sub pixel accuracy. The moment-based method is based on the Zernike moment techniques. The different efficacy of corresponding methods is acquired by taking circularly symmetric fiducial as subject in the experiment. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the different efficacy of the proposed technique. In term of the accuracy of centroid detection, convolution interpolation is optimal; and in term of the accuracy of radius measurement, moment-based operator is optimal.
