摘 要:目的建立火焰原子吸收法测定竹笋中Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe的含量测定方法。方法采用高氯酸一硝酸(1+3)混酸消解的方法将竹笋在低温下消解,用镧盐作为钙、镁的释放剂以消除共存元素的化学干扰,在测定竹笋中的镁时,需使用氘灯以扣除背景吸收,用火焰原子吸收法测定竹笋中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe元素。结果当Ca在0mg/ml~1.95mg/ml、Zn在0mg/ml~0.80mg/ml、Fe在0mg/ml~0.68mg/ml、Mg在0mg/ml~0.95mg/ml浓度范围内时,各元素浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,检出限分别为:56μg/L、34μg/L、7μg/L、12μg/L。结论分析结果表明,方法快速简便,各分析元素都得到比较理想的结果,本方法可用于测定竹笋中Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe的含量。Objective The sample were treated with nocomplete digestion method. Methods : the samples of bamboo were digested in the mixed acid of HC104 - HNO3 ( 1 + 3) under low temperature. Use Lanthanum of salt as releasing agents for calcium and magnesium. For determining Magnesium in bamboo the deuterium lamp was applied to deduct background absorption. Useing FAAS determining calcium,magnesium,zinc,iron elements in the bamboo. Results When the 0 ~ 1.95mg/ml Ca, Zn in 0 -0.80 mg/ml, 0 -0.68mg/ml Fe, Mg concentrations in 0 -0.95mg/ml area, elements of a good linear relationship between absorbance and concentration, the detection limits were : 56μg/L,34μg/L. 7μg/L,12μg/L. Conclusion The determination results indicted that the method was very handy and quickly. Every analytical of element result was satisfied.
