摘　　要：在介绍了海洋深层水的定义、特征、生成循环过程、资源特性和水质指标的基础上,系统介绍了日本在饮料制造、酿酒及制冰等多方面应用海洋深层水的最新进展情况。同时,展望了今后海洋深层水研究开发的前景。Based upon the introduction of the definition, properties, cycle process, resource characteristics and quality indexes of deep seawater, the latest development of deep seawater in beverage processing, wine brewing and ice making in Japan is described in detail. In addition, the potential development of the research on deep seawater is prospected.
