摘　　要：阐述了时效性的概念,介绍了信息资源建设策略在不同的时期所进行的调整,论证了信息资源建设策略对信息资源建设的作用。This paper expounds the concepts of the aging, introduces the adjustments of the strategy of information resource construction made in different stages, and demonstrates the effects of the strategy of information resource construction on the information resource construction.
