摘　　要：介绍了农村基本医疗服务的内涵,分析了国家对农村基本医疗服务产品供给干预的必要性及基本手段,提出了医疗服务产品供给的激励与约束机制。This paper introduces the connotations of rural basic medical service, analyzes on the necessity and basic means of intervening in the rural basic medical service by the state, and advances the motivation mechanism and restriction mechanism for the supply of the medical service.
