摘　　要：学习是人类永恒的主题,在知识经济时代,学习能力是人类生存、发展所需要具备的首要能力。高校图书馆在学习型社会中是不可替代的文献信息中心;是保障公民信息公开享有权的最好场所。高校图书馆要积极主动为创建学习型社会服务。Learning is the eternal theme of human being. In the knowledge economy ero,learning ability is the main faculty that human calls for existence and development. College library is the non - fungilty that human calls for existence and development. College library is the the non - fungible literature information center in the learning pattern society and it is the best place that guarantees the information of citizens＇ open enjoyable rights. College libray should serve for establishing the learning pattern society positively.
