摘　　要：目的:探索雪卡毒素中毒的诊断与检测,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对一起苏眉鱼中毒的26例患者临床资料进行分析并用进口试剂盒检测其标本。结果:26例中雪卡毒素阳性25例,阳性率为96%。外周血WBC<10.0×109/L19例(73%),10.0×109/L<WBC<15.0×109/L5例,WBC>15.0×109/L2例,血清K+<3.5mmol/L3例,26例尿常规、肝肾功能、心肌酶谱及血胆碱酯酶均正常,大便培养未发现霍乱弧菌、志贺菌及沙门氏菌。结论:雪卡毒素检测具高度特异性。Objective： To study the diagnosis and the test method of cignatoxin poisoning. Provide evidence for clinic therapy. Methods： The clinical data of 26 patients with Hump Head Wrasse poisoning was analyzed, and tested their serum with the imported cignatoxin kid. Results. 25 out of 26 patients were tested cignatoxin in their serum. Positive rate was 96%. 19 patients＇ WBC was below 10.0×10^9/L（73%）, 5 patients＇ WBC was between 10.0×10^9/L and 15.0×10^9/L, 2 patients＇ WBC was more than 15.0×10^9/L,There were 3 patients＇ K^＋was below 3.5mmol/L. The urine routing, liver function, enzyme of cardiac muscle and CHE of all patients were normal. No V. cholera, Shigella and Salmonella were tested in stool cultivation. Conclusions： There were high specific in the test of cignatoxin.
