谷氨酸单钠对大鼠下丘脑生长抑素神经元性差别的影响

摘  要:本实验用原位杂室组化方法研究了谷氨酸单钠对大鼠下丘脑室周核生长抑素神经元性差别的影响。结果证明对照组下丘脑室周核生长抑素神经元在基因转录水平表现出明显的性别差异,谷氨酸单钠损伤下丘脑弓状核神经元后这种性别差异不再存在。这些结果提示下丘脑室周核生长抑素神经元在基因转录水平所表现出的性别差异可能是通过下丘脑弓状核神经元间接地受性激素的调节。Effect of monosodium glutamate on the sexual dimorphism of somatostatin neurons in the rat bypochalamus was studied by in situ hybridization histochemistry. The results showed that somatostatin neurons of kypothalamic periventricular nucleus expressed significantly sexual dimorphism at the levels of gene transcription in the rats of control group. After treated by monosodium glutamate the sexual dimorphism of these neurons disappeared. The results indicate that sexual dimorphism of somatostatin neurons in the hypothalamic periventricular nucleus was regulated indirectly by sexual hormone through the neurons in the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus.
