摘 要:提出利用加热器和汽油机联合运行的方案来控制汽油机冷起动时的排放,重点解决-7℃环境温度下的冷起动排放问题,即通过加热器加热汽油机冷却液的温度,并将加热器的燃气借道三效催化器排出,充分预热排气系统中的氧传感器,保证发动机在冷起动伊始就处于闭环控制过程。在欧Ⅲ低温冷起动模拟实验台架上进行了汽油机与加热器联合运行以后冷起动阶段排放水平的初步测试,结果表明该方案能够有效降低汽油机冷起动阶段的THC,CO及NOx排放量;与不使用汽车加热器相比,可以降低THC排放的42.7%,CO排放的2.1%,NOx排放的72.3%。In this paper, a scheme of a gasoline engine combined with a heater to reduce the emission of cold - start period is introduced. When ambient temperature drops to -7℃, there are three ways to reduce emission at a cold start by using a heater, first, the heater heats coolant for engine to warm up for cold start. Second, burnt gas from the heater passing through the TWC helps it to approach or reach its light - off temperature, and at the same time heats up the EGO sensor to ensure that the engine is in closed loop control right from cold start. To evaluate the effect of the scheme on cold start emission reduction, a test is clone on an engine test bench by simulating the cold start at low temperature. Test results show that the scheme can effectively reduce THC, CO and NOx emission at engine cold start. Compared with no heater, the THC emissions decreased 42. 7%, the CO emissions decreased 2.1%, the NOx emissions decreased 72.3%.
