摘  要:采用多点试验,研究了7个春性二棱啤酒大麦在不同生态条件下的籽粒蛋白质含量和主要麦芽品质的差异。结果表明:这些性状在试点间、品种间差异显著,且试点和品种的互作效应显著。糖化力、库尔巴哈值和α-氨基氮的基因型效应要比环境效应影响大,而蛋白质含量和麦芽浸出率的环境效应要比基因型效应影响大。相关分析表明,浸出率和α-氨基氮显著负相关,糖化力与α-氨基氮显著正相关,库尔巴哈值与α-氨基氮显著正相关。籽粒蛋白质含量与糖化力和α-氨基氮显著正相关,与浸出率显著负相关。The differences among cultivars and environments (locations) in grain protein content and some malting quality were studied by using seven two-rowed spring malting barley cultivars grown at different ecological regions. The result showed that there was a significant difference in these traits among locations and cultivars. Moreover, the interaction between location and cultivar were also significant. The genotypic effect for diastatic power, kolbach index and alphaamino nitrngen was larger than environnental effect. By contrast, the environmental effect for grain protein and malt extract was larger than genotypic effect. The correlation analysis showed that malt extract was negatively correlated with alphaamino nitrngen. The diastatic power was positively correlated with alpha-amino nitrngen. Kolbach index was positively correlated with alpha-amino nitrngen. Grain protein content was positively correlated with diastatic power and alphaamino nitrogen,and negatively correlated with malt extract.
