摘  要:目的:研究三种不同釉质粘接剂对陶瓷托槽与瓷修复体粘接剪切强度的影响。方法:使用氢氟酸酸蚀结合硅烷偶联剂处理瓷面,再分别采用三种不同釉质粘接剂粘接陶瓷托槽,在37℃水浴24h后冷热循环500次(5℃-55℃),测量其粘接剪切强度,并统计粘接剂残留指数。结果:粘接剂种类对粘接剪切强度有影响,光固化和双糊剂型化学固化粘接剂粘接强度优于非混合型化学固化粘接剂。结论:三种粘接剂在此种瓷表面处理方式下均可用于陶瓷托槽与瓷面的粘接。Objective: To invest/gate the shear bond strength of three adhesive systems bonded with ceramic brackets to the porcelain surfaces. Methods: The porcelain facets were treated by 9.6% hydrofluoric combined with silane. Ceramic brackets were bonded to each disk with three different adhesive systems accord- ing to each manufacturer" instructions. The samples were stored in 37℃ water for 24 hours, and thermocycled 500 times from 5℃ to 55℃. The shear bond strength was measured and bond failure sites were classified according to the Adhesive Remnant Index system. Results: Adhesive systems had effects on the shearing strength of the bracket bonded to porcelain surface. The light activated adhesive and two paste chemical cured adhesive systems were showed higher shear bond strength than that of the no - mix system. Conclusions:All the three adhesive systems can perform to achieve adequate orthodontic bond strength on treated porcelain.
