摘　　要：文章就美国波多里奇质量奖形成的背景、评价标准中的11项核心概念/理念、条款等内容作详细介绍。并将波多里奇评价准则与ISO9000、日本戴明奖等质量标准作简要比较。最后分析了该评价准则对我国医疗机构的启示和借鉴作用。This article makes detailed introductions of the background of the American Baldrige National Quality Award, and its Criteria - Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence, the content of its 11 core values and concepts and items. Then compares the Criteria with the standards of ISO9000 and the .Japanese Demin Award. Finally analyzes the inspiration and lesson the Criteria give out in healthcare organizations.
