摘　　要：文章就美国波多里奇质量奖医疗服务评价标准中的核心概念/理念、标准条款两部分内容中有关领导力方面的内容作详细介绍。从医疗机构价值理念体系、医院组织流程、绩效管理、可持续发展等几方面,分析了在卓越绩效模式下,医疗机构如何构建领导体系。This article makes detailed introduction about the healthcare organization＇s leadership in the Baldrige criteria＇s core values and concepts, standard＇s items. Then, to analyze how to build the healthcare organization＇s leadership, from several aspects of the core values and concepts of hospital, the governance processes, performance management and sustainability, etc.
