摘　　要：结合北京经济社会发展的需求,对专业培养目标、人才培养规格、学生的知识结构以及能力与素质结构进行深入剖析,制订了符合首都人才需要的专业教学改革方案。总结北京工业职业技术学院工程测量技术专业2003年被教育部确定为高职高专教育专业教学改革试点专业以来,在教学改革方面进行全面、系统、深入的理论研究与实践,探索出特色鲜明的人才培养模式。Combining with the demand of Beijing economic,speciality training goal and talent training specifications as well as knowledge structure and ability and quality structure of students were analysed deeply, thus the speciality teaching reform scheme that aceords with capital talent needs has been worked out. Overall , systematic, thorough theoretical research and practice in teaching reform in Beijing Polytechnic College has been summarled since engineering survey speciality was determined as teaching reform experimental speciality by national Ministry of Education in 2003. Characteristic talent training pattern has been explored.
