摘　　要：目的:观察下颌骨骨缺损愈合过程中骨痂组织内血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达,进一步探讨VEGF对骨缺损愈合的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠下颌骨骨缺损术后1、2、3、4周骨痂组织中VEGF的表达和变化。结果:在下颌骨缺损愈合的不同时期,骨痂组织内表达VEGF的细胞来源不同,表达的程度也不同。结论:VEGF参与调节骨缺损的修复,并在骨愈合中起重要的作用。Objective： To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in callus during mandibular defect healing and explore the influence of VEGF on defect healing. Methods： The expression and change of VEGF in different periods （1, 2, 3, 4 weeks） of mandibular defect healing of rat was investigated by immunohistochemistry method. Results： There were different degree of expression of VEGF in callus auording to the cell origin during different period of mandibular defect healing. Conclusion： VEGF is involved in the restoration of bone defect healing and may be play an important role.
