摘　　要：现有铁路安全管理的研究与实践,都偏重于提升各项设备的可靠性,而人的可靠性并未得到应有的重视。应引进人因可靠性分析的理论与方法,将人因可靠性分析运用在铁路安全管理中,尤其对关键工种更需进行人因可靠性分析和作业人员应力分析。Research and practice on railway safety management were laid particular stress on upgrading the machines reliability nowadays, human reliability analysis wasn＇t applied synthetically in this field. Analysis on human reliability theory and technology were introduced, and the synthetical application of analysis on human reliability in railway safety management was designed. Two practicality methods were construed particularly which consisted of analysis the key type of work reliability, and stress analysis of railway worker.
