重度上睑下垂矫治术后再次手术整复原因分析与探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨重度上睑下垂额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术后远期并发症的预防,以提高其治疗效果。方法:对1996～2001年门诊患者中上睑下垂额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术后要求再次整形者48例(79眼)进行观察分析。结果:发现重睑皱褶过高、皱褶不全59眼,其中上睑瘢痕显露29眼;眼睑闭合不全41眼,其中皮肤紧缩性闭合不全19眼;矫正过度4眼。所有病例均存在不同程度的上睑迟滞现象。结论:多数并发症通过手术技巧可以预防,但睑闭合不全及上睑迟滞问题仍是今后探讨的重点。Objective To investigate the prevention of long-term complication after frontal muscle aponeurosis flap suspension for severe blepharoptosis and enhance curative effects. Methods To review the medical records of 48 outpatients （79 eyes） who requested reoperation after correction by frontal aponeurosis flap suspension techniques from 1996 to 2001. Results 59 eyes were exorbitant fold of upper eyelid and partial palpebral crease formation, 29 eyes among them were upper eyelid scar exposure; 41 eyes were hypophasis, 19 eyes were short of skin of upper eyelid, 4 eyes were of overcorrection. All of the patients occured lid lag more or less. Conclusion Ost of the complications can be prevented by operative skills. It is still important to study the prevention of hypophasis and lid lag aftertime.
