摘 要:目的:对DiaSys(R/S 2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站法、Fast Read_(102)定量尿沉渣计数板法、改良牛鲍氏血细胞计数池法和UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪四种尿沉渣检测方法进行比较和评价。方法:尿液标本经标准化方法处理后,分别用上述四种方法进行定量计数分析,并比较结果。结果:四种方法重复性均较好;以Fast Read_(102)定量尿沉渣计数板法为标准,仅UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪法有显著性差异,P<0.05;且UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪法的参考范围也与其余3组不同。结论:UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪对于尿沉渣检测的筛检具有重要价值,但并不能完全替代显微镜检查。Objective:We comparison and evaluation four methods of urinary sediment, there are DiaSys (R/S 2003)urinary sediment quantitative analysis workstation,Fast Read102 urinary sediment quantitative counting plate,improved blood cell counting ehamber,UF-100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer. Methods:Treated the urine sample with standard operation process, quantitative analyzed the sample with four methods as above,then compared the result and evaluated those methods. Results:we got good reproducibility with each method,compared to the result of Read102 urinary sediment quantitative counting plate,only that of UF-100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer had difference significantly,P〈0.05;and the reference range existed significant difference too,compared with others methods. Conclusion:UF-100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer had important role in the scanning test of urinary sediment,but it can not replace the manual microscopy inspection.
