摘　　要：添加杀菌防霉剂是制革工业不可或缺的一个重要环节。本文通过对皮革样品进行生物检测发现特征现象,进而通过超临界萃取提取皮革中的三氯苯酚,经GC、GC-MS检测鉴定,利用HLPC测定三氯苯酚含量。Fungicide is a kind of necessary additive in leather industry. We found that the leather sample had the characteristic biologic phenomena of 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol （TCP） by biologic test, and then extracted the TCP of the leather by carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction. We could corroborate the sample had TCP component by GC and GC-MS experiment, and determined the content of TCP with HPLC.
