摘  要:目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在翼状胬肉中的表达及发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测20例翼状胬肉、10例正常结膜中iNOS的表达。结果20例翼状胬肉中iNOS的阳性表达率为80%(16/20),正常结膜中iNOS的阳性表达率为0(0/10)。iNOS阳性表达两组间差异有显著意义,P<001。结论iNOS在翼状胬肉中的高表达,提示iNOS可促进血管形成,可能与翼状胬肉的发生、发展有关。因此,抑制iNOS可望成为治疗翼状胬肉,减少术后复发的新思路。Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and its role in the occurrence and development of pterygium. Methods Immunohistoehemieal Elivision method was used to examine the expression of iNOS in 20 eases of pterygium and 10 eases of normal eonjunetiva. Results The positive rate of iNOS was 80.0% in the pterygium eases and was 0.0% in the normal eonjunetiva eases. There was a significant difference in the expression of iNOS between the two groups, ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion There is a high iNOS expression in pterygium, which suggests that iNOS plays an important role in the angiogenesis of pterygium, and that specific iNOS inhibitor will become a new candidate for its therapy so as to reduce the postoperative recrudescence.
