摘 要:目的研究溪黄草多糖含量及其对羟自由基的清除作用和抑菌作用。方法从溪黄草中提取精制多糖,测定出溪黄草多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子,用蒽酮-硫酸法比色测定计算多糖的含量;采用Fenton反应体系为模型,研究多糖对羟自由基的抑制作用;采用滤纸片法研究多糖的体外抑菌作用。结果溪黄草多糖含量为4.18%,重现性、稳定性和回收率较好;活性测试结果表明溪黄草多糖对羟自由基有较好的清除作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌有一定的抑菌效果。结论溪黄草多糖含量测定方法简单可行,具有一定清除自由基和抑菌活性。Objective To study the content of polysaccharide from Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) Ham and its effect on hydroxyl free radical and anti-bacteriostatic effect. Methods Polysaccharide was extracted from Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) Ham, and its content was measured by way of anthronesulphuric acid. Its inhibitory effect on hydroxyl free radical was studied by Fenton reaction system as a model. Its anti-bacteriostatic effect was also studied. Results The research showed that polysaccharide content of Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) Ham reached 4.18%. It had inhibitory effect on hydroxyl free radical, staphylococcus aureus and B. subtili. Conclusion The method of measuring polysaccharide content is simple and reliable. The polysaccharide has some activities.
