摘 要:目的分析牡荆花、叶、茎的挥发油化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索,对牡荆花、叶、茎的挥发油化学成分分别进行分析和鉴定,用面积归一化法测定各化合物在挥发油中的相对含量。结果共鉴定出85个不同化合物,其中叶得50种化合物,茎得51种化合物,花得28种化合物。结论3种挥发油的主要成分不完全相同。Objective To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil in the Vitex negundo L. var. canrtabifolia ( Sieb. et Zucc. ) Hand-Mazz. Methods The components of essential oil in leaves, stems and flowers of Vitex negundo L. var. cannabifolia ( Sieb. et Zucc. ) Hand-Mazz were separated and identified by GC-MS. The amounts of the components of the essential oil were determined by area normalization. Results 85 different compounds measured by steam-stilling were identified in total, in which 50 compounds were identified from leaves ,51 compounds were identified from stems, and 28 compounds were identified from flowers. Conclusion The principle constituents of the three essential oils are incompletely the same.
