摘　　要：多穗柯甜茶是一种具有很长食用历史的民间非糖甜味饮品,中医药认为其对多种心血管疾病有预防作用。研究表明,多穗柯甜茶含有较高的黄酮类和多酚物质,其甜味和药理保健功能与其所含的黄酮类物质有关。本文系统地综述了多穗柯甜茶在化学成分研究,加工提取技术研究和药理保健功能3个方面的研究进展,并对多穗柯甜茶的开发前景进行了展望。Lilhocarpus Polystachys Rehd is a sweet and nonsugar folk drink, which has centuries - old edible history. It can prevent many cardiovascular diseases according to Chinese herbalist. Research indicates that Lilhocarpus Polystachys Rehd contains substantive flavones and polyphenolic substance, and its sweet waste and pharmacology and heath effect are related to the substances. This paper systematically elaborates the research advance of Lilhocarpus Polystachys Rehd, including its chemical ingredient, processing, ingredient-extracting and pharmacology and heath effect.
