摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对消化道恶性肿瘤患者情绪障碍和生命质量的影响。方法收集确诊为消化道恶性肿瘤半年以内。期望生存期1年以上。非转移或复发的患者60例。采用SGL-90、SDS、SAS和CARES—SF对其进行精神心理状态和生命质量的追踪评估，并根据初期的评估结果进行有针对性的。心理干预，并对干预结果进行分析。结果消化道恶性肿瘤确诊初期患者的心理健康状况较差，焦虑、抑郁情况明显、生命质量明显下降；初期各评定结果分别为SCL-90（197．24±51．98）分、SDS（44．85±8．48）分、SAS（46．93±7．91）分、CARES—SV（25．09±17．61）分。干预半年后，患者无论在心理状态和生命质量上均较半年前有显著改善，各量表评分分别为SCL-90（161．22±13．15）分、SDS（41．36±5．02）分、SAS（,tO．27±6．64）分、CARES—SF（30．12±18．66）分；前后分值比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论对确诊为消化道恶性肿瘤的初期患者实施一定的心理干预，可以减轻患者的负性心理状态，提高生命质量，对患者的生命意义具有积极的促进作用。Objective Discussing the influence of psychological intervention on emotional disorder and quality of life for patients with digestive canal malignant tumor, and then provide references to improve their quality of life. Methods Investigated 60 patients with digestive canal malignant tumor by SCL-90, SDS, SAS and CARES-SF to know conditon about emotional disorder and quality of life of them. Personal psychological intervention according to the results of investigation were used for these patients. Compared the condition before and after using the psychological intervention. Results In the early stage of invasion, patients＇ conditon of emotional disorder and quality of life was not good, scores about SCL-90, SDS, SAS and CARES-SF were（ 197.24±51.98）, （44.85±8.48）, （46.93±7.91）and（25.09±17.61 ）. After half-year- psychological intervention, all the values ameliorated significantly, they were （161.22~13.15）, （41.36~ 5.02）,（40.27~6.64）and （30.12~18.66）respectively,P〈0.01. Conclusion Proper psychological intervention can effectively release patients＇ negative emotion, and then improve their quality of life.
