摘　　要：对面向变异的看板系统研究现状进行了回顾。任何生产系统都会存在变异,对看板系统存在的变异源及其影响进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了存在变异的看板系统设计与运行的程序。分析了看板系统设计中需要考虑的因素,针对看板运行中变异的控制,改进了传统看板参数计算公式,提出了看板系统设计和运行中处理变异的控制策略。Review is done on the work of kanban system with variations. Based on analyzing variation resources and their effect, procedure for kanhan system design and operation is given. Factors needed to take into consideration when designing kanban system are analyzed. The formulation to calculate the number of Kanban provided by Mondon is improved. Procedure and strategy are brought forwards to deal with the variation in the operation of kanhan system.
