摘　　要：开放式MCAI是普通高等院校教学创新、教学改革的内在需求,该系统采用完全开放式、平台式设计思想,实现了课件与素材的完全分离,能够适合各门理工科课程的多媒体教学,该系统的开发与设计对当今的教育教学改革具有非常深远的意义。The Opening MCAI is the inner requirement in the educational creativity and reform of college. The system persists the design thought of opening and it has achieved the thorough separation between CAI and all materials. The system can be suitable to the multimedia teaching in all science and engineering courses of college. The design and implementation of the opening system is significance to the educational creativity and reform of college at present.
