摘　　要：在创新加剧的背景下,大企业主要通过设立企业内部创业投资单元方式来实现战略目标,特别是获得外部创新来实现开放式创新战略。通过分析大企业创业投资战略目标,阐述了大企业如何通过创业投资来实现外部创新战略以获取核心能力,分析如何有效管控大企业创业投资,针对中国大企业创业投资公司的特征提出启示。With the prevailing atmosphere of innovation, established corporations build up internal units to implement the open innovation strategy that may lead to gain competitive advantage of technology. This paper formulates four findings as follows： 1） The strategy objectives of corporate venture capital; 2） The procedure of acquiring core ＂ability though ventures capital investment; 3） The effective approach to manage the corporate venture capital; 4） The management suggestions for the ＇practice of Chinese corporate venture capital.
