摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员-NFκB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)在犬乳恒牙替换区的表达及作用。方法8、12、16和20周龄本地犬各1只,运用免疫组织化学和原位杂交的方法检测犬乳恒牙替换区乳牙根吸收区和恒牙胚RANKL的表达情况。结果RANKL的阳性信号广泛表达于犬乳恒牙替换期破牙细胞、破骨细胞、成牙本质细胞、成骨细胞、成纤维细胞、牙胚钟状期颈环未分化细胞、成釉细胞及釉质基质中。结论RANKL可能在乳恒牙替换中起重要作用,吸收牙槽骨的破骨细胞、吸收乳牙根的破牙细胞与其他细胞协同作用共同完成乳恒牙替换。Objective To observe the expression of receptor activator of NFκB ligand(RANKL)during the replacement of primary and permanent teeth in dogs. Methods The expressions of RANKL were examined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization in the tissues around deciduous tooth root and permanent germ at resorption stage in dogs aged 8,12, 16, and 20 weeks. Results RANKL positive signals were observed in fibroblasts, osteoblasts, cementoblasts, odontoblasts, ameloblasts, odontoclasts, osteoclasts, etc, in replacement of primary and permanent teeth. Conclusion RANKL might play an important role in the replacement of primary and permanent teeth. Osteoclasts resorped alveolar bone and odontoclasts resorped the roots of prime teeth. Osteoclasts, odontoclasts, fibroblasts, osteoblasts, cementoblasts, odontoblasts and ameloblasts all took part in synergistic action in the replacement.
