推动我国企业海外能源投资的微观法制思考

摘　　要：从法律角度出发,结合国际投资学、企业管理学及其他学科的相关理论,阐述了推动我国企业海外能源投资的微观法制思路。我国拟开展海外能源投资的企业应依法完善企业治理机制,建立高效的企业法务管理机构,培养储备高素质的海外能源投资法律人才。另外,还要建立健全海外投资法律风险防范机制。Starting from the angle of law, combining with the principles of international investment, enterprise management and other related theories, this paper elaborated the micro-legal thought to push the overseas energy investment in Chinese enterprises and thought that those enterprises which were going to invest on oversea energy should perfect the cooperate governance mechanism by law, set up efficient administrative organization of law affairs, foster and store up high-quality legal talented person specializing in overseas energy investment. Moreover, we should establish and set up mechanism guard against the law risk of overseas investment.
