摘  要:针对汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障,分析了匝间短路故障时的电磁特性和探测线圈上感应电势变化,提出了基于小波分析的故障实时检测方法,并给出了计算机建模仿真和动模实验分析。这种方法是在探测线圈法的基础上,将小波变换用于突变信号的检测,对气隙中感应电动势信号的奇异特征进行提取,并根据这些奇异特征,实现对发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的检测及故障点的定位。仿真表明,该方法能够实时检测到故障的发生及故障的具体槽位,适合于发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的在线检测。To deal with the fault of intertum short circuit in turbo-generator rotor windings, electromagnetism characteristic and change of induced electromotive force in detecting coil are analyzed when intertum short circuit occurs. A method of online fault detection based on wavelet analysis is presented, and modeling simulation on computer and dynamic simulation experiment are provided. The method applies wavelet transform to detect the abruptly change signal based on detecting coil method, extracts singularity characteristics of the induced electromotive force .signal in the air gap, and then achieves the detection of interturn short circuit fault and the fault orientation in generator rotor windings according to these singularity characteristics. Simulation result indicates that the method is able to detect fault and its orientation in real time, and is fit for on-line detecting fault of intertum short circuit in turbo-generator rotor windings.
