摘　　要：分析高校图书馆学科馆员的角色定位及其角色实现的难点,提出学科馆员角色实现的相应对策。This article analyzes the orientation of subject librarian＇s roles and discusses the difficulties in realization of roles in higher education library, and then it provides some countermeasures on realization of subiect librarian＇s roles.
