摘 要:目的研究藏药全缘叶绿绒蒿花精油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从全缘叶绿绒蒿的花朵中提取精油,用气相色谱-质谱联用分析其化学成分。结果共分离鉴定出55种化合物,其含量占花精油总量的92%。结论全缘叶绿绒蒿花精油的化学成分种类较多,主要有蚕醛(26.0%)、2-十七烷酮(11.6%)、亚油酸甲酯(11.3%)和金合欢醇(6.9%)等。OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the flowers of Meconopsis integrifolia in Tibet, METHODS The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation, and its compositions were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The analysis was performed on a HP-5 capillary column (0. 25 mm ×30 m,0, 25μm). The column temperature was programmedly elevated from 60 ℃ to 120 ℃ at 15 ℃ · min^-1 ,and held at 120℃ for 3 min,then heated from 130 ℃ to 230 ℃ at 5 ℃ · min^-1 ,and held at 230 ℃ for 3 min, The carrier gas was He (0.9 mL · min^-1 ) ,and the split ratio was 9: 1. The ionization mode was El which electron energy was 70 eV, and the mass scan range was from 40 to 400 amu. RESULTS Fifty-five compounds were isolated and identified, representing 92.4% of the total essential oil. CONCLUSION The main compounds of the essential oil are bombykal (26. 0% ) ,2-heptadecanone ( 11.6% ) ,methyl linolelate ( 11.3% ) and farnesol (6.9%).
