摘　　要：中医内科学是一门实践性很强的学科,教学的改革情况对学生的临床能力提高有着直接的影响。而本数据库的建立就是中医内科教学法改革的一部分,通过对它的实施,可以明显提高学生的学习积极性,训练学生的临床思维能力,有效地提升学生的临床能力,并为临床提供良好的临床数据查询平台。Chinese internal medicine is characteristic of practice. Teaching reform has direct influence on students＇ clinical ability improvement. The databank construction is part of the reform. Application of the databank obviously helps improve students＇ enthusiasm in learning, increase their clinical thinking ability, foster their clinical practice by providing a clinical data inquiring platform for clinical practice.
