摘 要:试验采用批次培养法研究了体外条件下日粮分别添加异麦芽寡糖、甘露寡糖及果寡糖对生长绵羊瘤胃发酵功能的影响。三种功能性寡糖的添加水平分别为0.0%(对照组)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%以及1.0%。结果表明:(1)日粮添加异麦芽寡糖可以提高培养液中的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量,降低培养液中的氨态氮(NH3-N)含量和培养残渣中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量,对培养液中菌体蛋白(BCP)含量的影响不确定。(2)日粮添加甘露寡糖可以提高培养液中的VFA和BCP含量,并以0.6%的添加量效果最佳;添加量在0.8%以上时,可以显著降低(P<0.05)培养液中的NH3-N含量,对培养残渣中的NDF含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。(3)日粮添加果寡糖可以显著(P<0.05)提高培养液中的VFA含量;当添加量在0.6%以上时,可以显著(P<0.05)提高培养液中的BCP含量,显著(P<0.05)降低培养液中的NH3-N含量和培养残渣中的NDF含量;在本试验所设添加范围内,1.0%的果寡糖对瘤胃发酵影响的综合表现最优。日粮添加异麦芽寡糖、甘露寡糖和果寡糖有助于提高生长绵羊的瘤胃发酵功能,其中果寡糖对提高瘤胃整体发酵功能的作用效果最佳。This study was conducted to investigated the effect of addition of Isomalto Oligosaccharides (IMO) in dietary, Mannan Oligosaccharides (MOS) and Fructooligosaccharides(FOS)on rumen fermentation of growing sheep in vitro by batch culture. The addition level of these Oligosaccharides were 0 % (control group), 0. 2 %, 0.4 %, 0.6 %, 0. 8 % and 1.0 % respectively.The results showed 1) compared the control treatment,there was an increase in VFA concentration in the incubation fluids and decreases in NH3-N concentration in the incubation fluids and NDF content in the culture residue by the addition of IMO in dietary,but the effect of addition of IMO on BCP production in the incubation could not be determined; 2) higher VFA concentration and BCP production in the incubation fluids were detected in the treatments which MOS was added and the highest BCP production was found when the supplementation level was 0. 6%. There was a significant decrease(P〈0.05) in NH3-N concentration in the incubation fluids when the addition level was over 0.8%. No significant effect(P〉0.05) was found on the NDF content in the culture residue by the addition of MOS; 3) the VFA concentration in the incubation fluids was significantly increased (P〈0.05)by the addition of FOS in dietary and the largest value was saw when the addition level was 1.0%. There was a significant increment (P〈0. 05) in BCP production and significant decreases(P〈0.05) in NH3-N concentration and NDF content in the culture residue when the FOS addition level was over 0.6%. Of all the treatments added FOS,the 1.0% treatment had the best effects on the rumen fermentation. The additions of IMO,MOS and FOS in dietary were beneficial to improving the rumen fermentation of growing sheep. Of these three Functional Oligosaccharides,FOS had the best effects on the rumen fermentation.
