摘  要:研究低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)和低聚果糖(FOS)对乳酸菌体外增殖和雏鸡盲肠内增殖的影响。结果显示,IMO和FOS均对乳酸菌有一定生长促进作用,培养液pH值略有下降,但与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);IMO和FOS可促进雏鸡盲肠乳酸菌的增殖、抑制大肠埃希菌的生长,在5d后呈现差异显著性(P<0.05)。The effects of isomahooligosaccharide (IMO) and fructooligosaccharide (FOS) on multiplication of Lactobacillus in vitro and in vivo were studied. The results showed that IMO and FOS improved the growth of Lactobacillus. pH were lower in oligosaccharides groups than that in controlled group, but not significant among the three groups (P 〉 0.05). The IMO and FOS remarkably promote the adhesion of Lactobacillus and enhence the antagonism of Escherichia coli in chicken's cecum after five days (P 〈 0.05 ).
