摘  要:目的:调查不同年级高职大专护理专业女生的人格特征,有利于培养高素质护理专业人才。方法:采用卡特尔16PF问卷,对高职大专251名护生进行人格特征测评,随机抽样个别访谈。结果:被试在乐群性、兴奋性、敢为性、恃强性、内外向型等心理特质上得分高,怀疑性、独立性得分低,大专一年级和二年级护生比较,在稳定性等8项心理特质上存在差异。结论:怀疑、忧虑、紧张、敏感、世故等不适应于护士角色要求。职业教育中要注重分期、有重点、有针对性地开展对护生职业人格特征的研究和培养,以促进学生向护士职业角色转化。Objective: To find out the personality characteristics of different grade of female nurse students studying in an advanced vocational technical college to cultivate high quality nurse students. Methods: Cartel 16 PF questionnaire was used to measure the personality characteristics of 251 female nurse students who were studying in an advanced vocational technical college. Some of them were interviewed based on a randomized sampling. Results: The subjects got higher scores in some dimensions: introversion, extroversion, excitability, gregariousness, and being bold to practice, while in dimensions of suspicion and independent they got lower scores. There were significant differences in the scores of 8 items between grade one and grade two students. Conclusion: Some personality characters such as suspicion, angst, nervous, sensitive, and worldly wise, are not fit to the role demands of nurse. So, during vocational technical education, research and training should be done to cultivate students' suitable personality characteristics to facilitate the students' role change.
