摘  要:目的探讨胆宁片对胆汁33.5 kDa泡蛋白糖链结构的影响。方法按随机序贯原则将胆石症患者分成治疗组(10例)和对照组(10例),治疗组术后第3天口服胆宁片治疗,对照组术后则不服用。取手术当天(外参对照组)及术后第3、10天的T管胆汁,通过蔓陀螺凝集素探针(DSA)介导的Western印迹法分析两组患者胆汁中33.5 kDa泡蛋白糖链天线数目的变化情况。结果治疗组术后3 d的胆汁33.5 kDa泡蛋白糖链Western印迹染色条带亮度降低;治疗组术后10 d与外参对照组的33.5 kDa泡蛋白糖链条带DSA结合率糖链显著下降(P<0.05)。结论33.5 kDa泡蛋白糖链天线数目变化的时间(用药后7 d)要早于文献报道的变化时间(14 d),进一步证实了33.5 kDa泡蛋白糖链数目的增加导致泡蛋白含量及促成核活性改变的推测。Objectives To appraise the effect of Danning tablet on the structure of 33.5 kDa vesicular protein sugar chain in bile. Methods The patients were divided into Danning tablet treatment group and control group, each with ten patients. Danning tablet was given on the 3rd day after operation and the bile was drained and tested from T tube on the 3rd and 10th postoperative day. The number of biliary 33.5 kDa vesicular protein sugar chain antennas of the two groups were compared. Results The number of the biliary 33.5 kDa vesicular protein sugar chain antenna in the treatment group decreased significantly, the binding rate of protein sugar chain declined significantly too (P 〈 0.05), earlier than the alteration of the mean concentration(14 d). Conclusions The increase of sugar chain alteration of the number of 33.5 kDa vesicular protein causes the pro-nucleating activity of the vesicular protein. (Shanghai Med J, 2007, 30: 197-199)
